Cancellation Policy
We hate to see you go, but understand the gym is not always a priority.
In order to change or cancel your membership, send an email to familyfitnessgbccancellations@gmail.com with your name and we will be happy to get you taken care of.
We must receive an email no later than 3 business days prior to billing on the 1st of the month. Cancellations are processed immediately after an email is received, please specify whether you would like to cancel effective immediately or wait until the END of the month.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR REMAINING DAYS OF THE MONTH.
